Pressure boil oxtail bones for five minutes, then drain to discard debris and pressure cook again for 45 minutes with spices and charred onions and gingers. Add fish sauce, lime juice, dark sugar, salt and beef broth cube afterwards. Shred meat and fry untill crisp for a few minutes with salt, sugar, limejuice. Finish with beansprouts, cilantro, spring onion, shredded meat, fried onions.
